Send Us Your Site for an Initial Review
Not every site supports a water borehole. Not every site supports open loop geothermal.
We offer a delivery-focused initial review to help you understand what your site is likely to support - before time and cost are committed.
What You’ll Get
You’ll get our practical view based on real delivery experience, covering:
- Whether a borehole or open loop system is likely to be viable
- Key ground and geological considerations
- Initial view on abstraction potential and constraints
- Likely regulatory considerations (licensing, discharge, permissions)
- Delivery risks that could affect programme or cost
In short: a clear, early sense of what’s realistic - and what isn’t
What We Need From You
A few basics are enough to get started:
- Site location (postcode or coordinates)
- Site layout or general description
- Intended use (heating, cooling, water supply, etc.)
- Any known constraints or existing information
If you have more, (drawings, reports, previous investigations) we’ll use them.
If you don’t, we’ll still give you a useful starting point.
When This Is Most Useful
A review tends to add the most value when:
- You’re at concept stage and want to understand feasibility
- A scheme is being developed for funding or approval
- You have a design but need a delivery reality check
- A project is under pressure and needs a clear path forward

What Happens Next
Once we receive your information:
- We’ll review the site against geology, constraints and intended use
- We’ll come back with an initial view within a few days
- If it makes sense, we can then discuss next steps or feasibility work
No obligation. No unnecessary process. Just a straightforward early technical view from the people who get commissioned to deliver projects like yours

Alternatively: Speak to Us First
If you’d prefer to talk it through before sending anything, that’s fine. Some projects are easier to explain than upload.
